"i live in staten island n.y. - was visiting in new jersey and close by was cycle gear edison, my honda needed a battery, sounds simple, stopped in to pick up new battery, while waiting for one of the workers to fill battery, i browsed at the stores under supplied low budget glove dept. nothing for a serious rider to be found - then onto the helmet shelves, again nothing a serious rider, all very low budget - cheap head cheap helmet kind of selection, finally battery filled and on my way - now Sunday a.m. out to install new battery and out for a ride, well turns out battery was filled but i guess not tested to see if good and ready to go - a simple thing you would think should be done when selling a new battery is to make sure it works - well i guess lessons were learned - for me to shop in professional shops and not inexpensive places with inexperienced help - and them to maybe check products or in working order before sending buyer on there way. thanks guys at cycle gear for a great weather weekend to ride and a brand new none working battery to get me going, Jeff "
